After one of the Windows updates this became broken but only in my profile. I was having an issue with Manageability Commander Tool.exe as part of the Intel SDK to manage machines. In here was a folder named Launchpad.exe_StrongName_įor me it started to work again after this little change. I could fix it without deleting the whole profile. I have uninstall and reinstalled the connector software a couple time, installed all updates, run the normal check disk and maintenance tasks. The installation seems to have gone fine and I can run the dashboard from the computer but the LaunchpadĪnd backup no longer work. As with all windows upgrades I had to uninstall and reinstall the connector software.
